Fancy Buns

What is better than having a good set of buns? Or a good body at that?


Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is where it's at. Seriously - it kicks ass butt. There are 3 different levels, and depending on your expertise of exercise is which level you should pick. If you've yet to set foot off the couch this year, I'd say stick with level one. You'll still be out of breath and wanting to scream. For those of us who do a little bit of jogging every day and know what the inside of a gym looks like - you might want to do level two, it's legit. Level 3 is for those of us who are a bit more advanced. Obviously, the goal is to start at level 1 and work your way up. You can also try it that way.



Jillian Michaels doesn't hold back, and the whole workout is 20 minutes long, but you don't stop at all. Like - no water break. It's pretty intense.


And let's be honest, Jillian isn't exactly sweet. She's kind of intimidating. Don't act like you're not scared.

The girls at Oh, You Fancy Huh have all tried it - and completely reccomend it.
